Intensive treatment program (3 days a week, 3.5 hours a day) for adults with a mental health diagnosis. Treatment focuses on symptom management, stresses and stress management, medications, emotional self-regulation, relationship-building, managing suicidality, and learning to live with emotional disorders. Services include individual, group and family therapy. Programs are provided for English-speaking and Spanish-speaking groups.
