Phone intervention and walk-in clinic serving people in psychiatric crisis who live in Southwest Connecticut. Mental health workers evaluate, assess and make treatment plans for those in need. Program offer crisis intervention, stabilization and referrals both on site and in the community (people's homes, agencies and other various community settings) between the hours of 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday. Telephone response is available 24/7.

  • Application Process:Phone response 24/7, In person services are available M-F: 8am-6pm, Clients will be referred to other appropriate service providers, unless client's psychiatric condition is so severe as to require immediate care or intervention
