Diabetes Prevention Program utilizes a trained lifestyle coach who will introduce topics in a small classroom setting and will explore how healthy eating, physical activity and behavior changes can benefit an individual's health. Program topics discussed include healthy eating, increasing physical activity, reducing stress, and problem solving.
