WE NEED YOUR HELP! Healthcare coverage for low-income and sick patients in Arizona is extremely limited. One of the few relatively affordable options for the uninsured is the Pre-existing Condition Insurance Plan (PCIP). PCIP coverage is intended to serve as bridge for coverage until 2014 when health insurance exchanges become operational and the regulation ensuring people can no longer be denied coverage based on their health status is in place. The Arizona Hospital and Healthcare Association, along with other healthcare partners, have produced commercials in English and Spanish to help generate public awareness of the program. The commercials are captivating, appeals to a wide audience and it has tremendous potential to grow PCIP enrollment at a faster pace. These commercials are free for anyone to download and link to the YouTube versions. Here is the link to a background webpage with downloadable versions and online versions of the commercials: Pre-existing Conditional Insurance Plan Commercials and Program Information PCIP English Version PCIP Spanish Version We hope everyone – healthcare providers, community groups and the general public – will help promote the commercials so patients with pre-existing conditions will learn about PCIP and enroll in the program.

Hello. This has nothing to do with what you posted, but thought maybe your agency could benefit from my service. We are called PAY 4 U Representative Payee Service. We work through Social Security here in Richmond, Va, are non-profit and are looking at branching out nationwide. With our clients we pay all their bills for them each month, whatever is left over is divided up over a 4 week period and then allowanced out to them at the end of each week so that they have money for personal care items, etc.. Their money is in an interest bearing account. Right now our services are free of charge and will be this way for a couple of months. We would be able to send forms to you for the clients to fill out and we will do the rest by signing them up with Social Security. Our office number is (804) 233-FORU (3678)if you have any further questions. If you know of another agency that may benefit from this service please pass us on. Thank you for your time.
