WESTERN CONNECTICUT AREA AGENCY ON AGING: Live Well Workshop information provided by: United Way of Connecticut

Live Well Workshop is a free six-week, 2 1/2 hour behavioral and social program designed to help people gain self-confidence in their ability to control their long-term health condition, such as heart disease, arthritis, high blood pressure, diabetes, chronic pain, anxiety, to name a few, and how their health problems affect their lives. The workshops are interactive focusing on building skills to better talk with health care providers and family members.
