Dodge Diabetes Program focuses on healthy eating and increasing activity to lose weight and cut the risk of developing diabetes. Group support is provided by others with similar problems and goals. Dodge Diabetes follows the Center for Disease Control & Prevention's Prevent T2 successful, evidence based program.
