TEEG - THOMPSON ECUMENICAL EMPOWERMENT GROUP: Anger Management: Anger Aside - Directing Emotional Energy Effectively

Anger management education program helps individuals learn how to handle stress and control anger. The course is delivered in two-hour sessions for four consecutive weeks. Free dinner and childcare are included and registration is required. A certificate will be awarded to participants who complete the course.

OTHER INFORMATION:
Workshops run two times per year. Workshop sessions usually last 4 weeks in 2 hour sessions for a total of 8 hours.
