Workshop: ChangeDirectionNH with a Gentle Conversation –
This workshop will offer insights into the ChangeDirection NH Campaign and explain five common signs of suffering that might signal a mental health problem. Participants will learn Five Steps for helping an individual get started with their recovery. This workshop is a primer in Mental Health First Aide. The workshop is led by Phil Wyzik MA.
This workshop is free, but advance registration is needed before
