Community Conversations on Mental Health to meet

OWATONNA - The next Community Conversations on Mental Health meeting will be held on Friday, Dec. 1 from 1-3 p.m. in the third floor Gainey room on the Owatonna Public Library.

A local personal trainer will speak on the benefits of physical health to mental health, as well as demonstrate some exercises. A panel of certified peer specialists will discuss their roles and experiences with their professions. There will be a focus on community resources, including staff from the Mobile Crisis Response Program for Southeastern Minnesota.
