It all changed so suddenly for Courtney Ransom. In the blink of an eye, her 13-year-old son, James, had transformed from a talkative, intelligent, football-loving boy to someone who was negative, acting out and obsessive-compulsive - the result of a concussion from one quick spear hit to the head on the football field on Sept. 12, 2015.
