GSSM to host 5K walk, run for mental health awareness

HARTSVILLE, S.C. - The Governor's School for Science & Math is hosting a mental health awareness 5K run/walk on Saturday, April 1, at 9 a.m. at GSSM.

The students plan on supporting mental health awareness through this 5K as all proceeds will go to Mental Health America of Darlington County.

The cost is $25 for adults and kids 10 and under are free.

Anyone can walk or run. Registration is available on the day of, but it is strongly encouraged that interested runners sign up online registration for the t-shirt. The link to register is http://governorschool5k.itsyourrace.com/
